more details.Job Summary:In this role you will collaborate with
other senior technical team members and other developers to
conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative technology solutions.
You will interact with various technology, product, and business
teams across MUFG. You will oversee projects that adhere to
continuous delivery practices with automated unit testing,
integration testing, and performance testing pipelines.Job
Responsibilities:
- Perform application design and programming activities in the
latest technologies: Java, React, REST, microservices, AWS/Cloud
infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins.
- Provide clear technical guidance with a focus on user
experience, security, and app performance integrations.
- Ensure projects adhere to continuous delivery practices with
automated unit testing, integration testing, and performance
testing pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership in terms of architecting
applications, mentoring developers, and making smart technology
decisions.
- Sustain and enhance the application's functionality,
performance, and security standards.
- Coordinating, integrating, and supporting third-party software
solutions.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related
discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and
experience.
- 7-10 years of developing with web technologies: Java, Restful
Services, Microservices, Spring, JPA, Hibernate, SQL.
- 4-5 years working with UI/UX technologies: React, Angular,
JavaScript and TypeScript, CSS, HTML.
- 3-4 years working with messaging systems: MQ, Kafka or related
technologies.
- 5 years of leading/managing technical software design and
development experience in applications/mobile devices messaging,
enterprise web application, integration services.
- 5-8 years of application design, development, documentation,
testing, and deployment of platform user-interface features.
- 4-5 years working with teams in building and deployment of
applications on OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google
Cloud.
- 7-10 years working with teams in software development
methodologies such as Agile, RAID, Waterfall.
- 4-5 years of experience in integrating and implementing
third-party vendor applications.
- Experience creating end-to-end data pipelines as well as CI/CD
pipelines for application delivery.
- Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms,
and databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server).
- Experience in delivering projects that adhere to continuous
delivery practices with automated unit testing, integration
testing, and performance testing pipelines.
- Experience identifying and debugging on-prem, cloud
technologies applications.
- Experience implementing and maintaining applications with a
specialty in secured messaging, web applications, RESTful APIs,
middleware, batch processing, third-party integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure
architecture disciplines.
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to
communicate effectively.
- Ability to present information to a wide variety of audiences,
including senior management.
- Team player and willing to play different roles as lead for a
project but participant in others.
- Banking and Financial services experience is preferred.The
typical base pay range for this role is between $145K - $182K
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary
performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
