Job Description:
A company is looking for an EDI Analyst I (B2B SaaS) to
contribute to their EDI/ERA Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RCM/Clearinghouse
capabilities to respond to customer inquiries
Resolve support ticket inquiries related to EDI rules and
application help in a timely manner
Identify opportunities to enhance the enrollment process and
provide EDI/ERA support
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)
Experience with the Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment process for Part
A and/or Part B facilities
Experience as an EDI Analyst, troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer
related rejections
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work
independently
Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software is
preferred
