Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Designer II to contribute to
the design of customer service journeys through concepts,
prototypes, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Independently execute and implement solutions with minimal
direction
Design and conduct research activities to understand user needs and
experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate on
service design concepts
Required Qualifications
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Mural, and Jira
Understanding of service design principles and human-centered
design
Experience conducting various research activities with
customers
Ability to work within constraints and communicate effectively with
stakeholders
Experience working in agile environments and using prototyping
tools
