A company is looking for a Configuration and Reports
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure software and services for clients, ensuring
all technical functions are operational before go-live
Collaborate with project managers and clients to develop report
requirements and provide implementation support
Manage client expectations and document work performed in project
management tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with relevant
experience substitutable on a year-for-year basis
2 years of experience in healthcare IT administration or related
fields
2 years of experience in database management or SQL reporting
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and report development engines
Ability to develop complex SQL queries
