• Collaborate with front office users to understand requirements and propose new solutions.
• Develop analytics and optimization tools leveraging the capabilities of the Aqua platform.
• Master complex business domains.
• Collaborate within the Aqua high-performing, delivery-focused ACQA Business Solutions team.
• Work closely with library quants and the risk engine team to deliver impactful solutions.NY salary - 140-150K/yearSKILLSMust have
  • Strong academic background in a quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, etc).
  • Proficiency in functional & object-oriented programming, especially Python.
  • Experience in full stack development, including frontend web apps and backend services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you enjoy figuring out how things work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a desire to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Investment Banking, FinTech, or Financial Markets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software engineering background.Nice to have
    • Creating innovative analytics to solve business problems with statistics and ML.
    • Understanding mathematical models for derivatives products.
