Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Employment
Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and defend the company in all aspects of
employment-related disputes
Draft and file legal documents including position statements,
motions, and discovery requests
Prepare for and conduct depositions, trials, and arbitration
hearings
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in
California
8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in labor and
employment law
Ability to perform document review for cases on the docket
Sound judgment in managing litigation strategies and outside
counsel
Experience in establishing relationships and credibility with
clients and stakeholders
