Job Description:
A company is looking for a US-ProFee Coding QA Mentor/Trainer to
onboard and mentor new auditors and analysts while performing
quality reviews and assisting with production.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor new hires and conduct training on EMR navigation and
applications
Perform quality reviews and identify educational opportunities for
auditing staff
Assist with production auditing when available
Required Qualifications
One of the following certifications: CPC, COC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA, or
LPN
At least one year of charge capture audit experience
Experience working with CPT/HCPCS, Revenue Codes, ICD-10 PCS, and
ICD-10 Diagnosis codes & modifiers
Ability to create reports and identify trends for management
Experience in providing continuing education and training
support
