• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: 5-Day Work Week
  • Monday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $17.00 per hourJob Responsibilities:
    • Greet showroom customers, assess their needs, and determine the purpose of their visit.
    • Input customer demographic information into the dealership's sales control system.
    • Provide brochures and relevant information to customers.
    • Address basic inquiries and direct complex questions to appropriate team members.
    • Guide customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate salesperson.
    • Manage incoming calls as the telephone operator.
    • Provide clerical support when needed.
    • Maintain a polished, professional appearance.
    • Perform vehicle stocking in CDK.
    • Create key tags and ensure accurate key management.Qualifications:To excel in this role, candidates should confidently perform all essential duties.
