This role offers the chance to work in a mixed practice setting (Major Medical, Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Liens) and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver rehabilitative care to a diverse patient population. *Qualifications:*
* *Education:* Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
* *Licensure:* Active New York State Physical Therapist License.
* *Experience:* New graduates welcome; experience in mixed practice settings is a plus.
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., DrChrono), treatment planning, and therapeutic modalities.
* *Soft Skills:* Strong communication, adaptability, empathy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients with diverse needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
* Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Document patient progress and treatment using DrChrono EMR.
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
* Engage with patients to promote long-term recovery and wellness.
