Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, the Clinical Manager of Endoscopy will manage both the clinical and administrative operations of the unit. This role inspires staff to achieve high performance standards through education by setting a positive example. The Clinical Nurse Manager of Endoscopy will apply knowledge and expertise in case management to deliver comprehensive, coordinated, and seamless care to patients and their families, they will also resolve conflicts within the Patient Care Unit using established conflict resolution techniques to guide team members toward a mutually agreeable solution. The objective for the Clinical Nurse Manager of Endoscopy is to work alongside the Nurse Director on daily tasks, including managing staffing for over 25 FTEs, overseeing patient flow, ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising departmental resources and budgets, and advancing performance improvement initiatives.
