(13weeks) Shift: Day: Standard Time Minimum Experience: 2 year
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care
to patients in their homes. Assess patient needs and develop care
plans. Administer medications and perform medical procedures.
Monitor patient progress and communicate with healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on health management. Qualifications:
Active RN license. Home health or similar experience preferred.
