• Employment Type: TravelSoliant Health is working with a premiere client in NYC who needs help filling a Wound Care RN position. to qualify for this role, you must hold and active NY RN license and have a Wound Care certification. This is a 5x8s day shift position with the following additional requirements: Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Certified Home Health Agency or post-acute care facility. Minimum of 2 years of Public/Community Health and 2 years medical/surgical experience required. Previous experience in PI, i.e., knowledge of PI applications, tools and techniques and knowledge of the development, coordination and facilitation of PI programs. Previous experience using various computer software applications.
