Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Adoption Manager to oversee the post-sales journey and ensure successful onboarding for new customers.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage the transition between Sales and Customer Success, validating customer details and onboarding requirements
Conduct platform demos and orientation calls to enhance the initial user experience and gather essential customer information
Perform regular audits of customer progress, identifying engagement gaps and implementing strategies to drive revenue generation


Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer onboarding, adoption management, or customer success in a SaaS or tech environment
Assertive communicator capable of influencing cross-functional teams and ensuring accountability
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-up
Strong understanding of both start-up and corporate sales cycles
Analytical mindset with the ability to review data and track key adoption metrics
