Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Claims related projects end-to-end, collaborating with
business subject matter experts
Implement standardized processes with claims leadership and
operations teams using digital tools and workflow automation
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and next steps to teams
and senior leaders regularly
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of experience in project management and claims
management
Preferred experience in commercial property & casualty and/or
specialty insurance
Experience in project management processes, risk/change management,
and tools/technologies
Experience leading small to large scale projects in a matrix
environment
Project Management certification is a plus
