Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Project Manager responsible for
leading project and program management within the Human Resources
department.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership in project and program management
Develop, design, and execute various projects and programs across
the Human Resources department
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and track progress
against milestones
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or
Business Administration preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office environment
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and
Healthstream
Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Project planning expertise, including familiarity with project
management software
