Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Engineering Lead - Helix IPAA
(Associate Director).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, testing, delivery, and maintenance
of scalable business-critical products
Evaluate technical feasibility, resolve design optimization issues,
and identify new product opportunities
Provide technical expertise to enhance efficiency and drive
continuous improvement across products and infrastructure
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience in designing and developing
distributed solutions
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT,
Mathematics, or related field preferred
Extensive experience in software/platform engineering roles with
advanced technical knowledge
Considerable experience in team management and people
leadership
Experience with container orchestration systems and building CI/CD
pipelines
