environment. Your Role as a Science Teacher
- Subject Instruction- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans
for Science classes tailored to students at varying academic
levels.
- Classroom Management- Foster a positive and supportive learning
environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
- Student Progress- Assess and track student performance,
adjusting instructional strategies as needed to promote
success.
- Behavioral Support- Manage challenging behaviors and implement
behavior support plans to maintain a productive classroom
environment.
- Advocacy- Ensure compliance with educational laws and advocate
for the rights and needs of students with special needs. Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, science, or a closely related
field from an accredited institution.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with students,
parents, and colleagues.
- A team-oriented mindset, capable of working within a
multidisciplinary team to support students.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping
