As a Lead Teacher, you will:

Implement age-specific curriculum, focusing on the whole child, to make every day an adventure in learning.


Create fun and memorable learning experiences that children will remember for years.


Build relationships with parents and provide ongoing support through daily interactions and communication.


Uphold rules and regulations regarding children's care, health, and safety as set by regulatory agencies.


Coach and mentor assistant teachers to build a strong, effective classroom team.


Foster an engaging work environment by learning, collaborating, and building relationships with co-workers.

Skills, Abilities, and Experience We Are Looking For:

2 years of prior experience in childcare


Child Development Associates/Associates in a related field (preferred)


Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills


Excellent oral and written communication skills
