Are you an experienced audit professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an Audit Supervisor to join our client's team in Coleraine. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead fieldwork, oversee complex audit processes, and mentor junior colleagues while playing a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to clients.Key Responsibilities

• Leading fieldwork and managing workflow within the audit team.
• Reviewing and issuing outputs to clients with minimal guidance.
• Identifying key issues in audits and offering practical solutions.
• Providing training, feedback, and support to junior team members to enhance their professional development.
• Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact.
• Overseeing technical compliance and advisory work.The Person we are looking for is an ambitious and proactive individual who can:
• Take ownership of audit assignments, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a strong team culture.
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.Professional Qualifications & Experience:
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
• 3-4 years of relevant audit experience.
• Experience working to tight deadlines and handling a portfolio of clients.This is a great firm where a superb culture exists. The newly appointed Directors have a clear vision as to the future of the firm and as such, are keen to meet with potential candidates informally.
